How to talk about mental illness in the workplace

Following a period of absence from work due to stress or other mental health problems, many people find the return to work very daunting, and they are not the only ones. Colleagues and managers alike find it awkward to talk to the returner when they come back to work.

Time to Change is a campaign being run by MIND, the charity working For Better Mental Health. They have created some great videos which capture the discomfort colleagues feel when they first meet the returner to work, and what to do to get over it.

My developer is trying to persuade me to move to .net from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the costs. But he’s tryiong none the less. I’ve been using WordPress on a number of websites for about a year and am concerned about switching to another platform. I have heard very good things about blogengine.net. Is there a way I can import all my wordpress content into it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!|
