Charlie Hill

Charlie Hill (formerly) Damonsing has over twenty years experience of working in corporate life, and set up her own training business, based in on the Suffolk coast, in 2004.

Charlie qualified as an accountant with Ernst & Young and worked for multi-national businesses for many years in London, and now runs her own successful training business specialising in stress management in the workplace.

Charlie has an established track record in stress management and training. This includes providing workshops for staff and managers to recognise their own stress and learn techniques and strategies to deal with it.

Charlie also offers one-to-one coaching for those who are feeling overwhelmed at work and are finding that their performance is suffering as a consequence. The coaching approach enables clients to get a clear view of what is going on for them and start taking steps to improve the situation. Charlie also supports those who have been off-work with stress and are returning to work.

As part of the local business community, Charlie is the secretary of the Aldeburgh Business Association, and a governor of Saxmundham Primary School.

Charlie is also a director of Project4 (East Anglia) Ltd, a Community Interest Company, which provides employability support and training to adults in Suffolk who are looking for work.
